Prosper, Inc. Names New Director of Information Technology

PROVO, Utah - March 3, 2006 - Prosper, Inc. recently named Lance Pearson as their new Director of Information Technology.

Lance Pearson, 29, joined Prosper, Inc. to oversee all network operations, as well as research and development. "I am excited to be able to provide thorough investigation and research into products and technology that will provide solutions in a timely and cost effective manner," said Pearson of his vision for Prosper, Inc. "I hope to improve network availability and performance so that our students, partners, and employees always have a favorable experience when interacting with Prosper, Inc."

Prior to joining Prosper, Inc., Mr. Pearson was a Web Developer and Director of Information Technology at Access Development Corporation for six years.
