Randy Garn

Executive Vice President, New Business Development

Randy Garn is one of the founding partners of Prosper. He served as president for more than seven years, overseeing every aspect of the business during the beginning phases of the company's growth. He is now responsible for all business development.

Prior to founding Prosper, Randy built and developed a nationally recognized training company and developed many of their advanced training workshops. He also sat on the board of a publicly traded company and was instrumental in the successful transition of that company from public to private. Over the years he has established, owned and operated many profitable companies such as Quest Technologies, Osagia Real Estate Development Company, and Education Success Inc. Randy currently serves on the President's Advisory Committee for BYU-Idaho with President Kim B. Clark. He also sits on the board of A Child's Hope Foundation, a non-profit organization which helps place orphans with loving families.

Randy received a bachelor's degree in economics from Brigham Young University, and he has received collegiate recognition from the Marriott School of Business for his expertise as an entrepreneur. He is pursuing graduate studies at Harvard Business School. Randy was awarded Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst and Young in 2005.
