Ethan Willis

Chief Executive Officer

Ethan Willis is one of the founding partners of Prosper, Inc. He is the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors. Ethan is responsible for the development of the company’s core business model – providing leadership in the advancement of outcome-oriented education.

Prior to founding Prosper, he served as Vice President of Marketing for a national finance strategies company, where he was responsible for marketing, product development and increasing their customer base. He also was the founder and acting CEO of EPMG, founder and acting CEO of ESI and VP of Marketing and Board of Director with EPMG an IST merger, founder of MMC and acting CEO. He has owned and operated numerous businesses, from Quest Technologies satellite communications division to Osagia, LLC which funds, develops and manages real estate ventures.

Ethan received his formal education in Marketing Communications from Brigham Young University, and has received collegiate recognition from the Marriott School of Business for his expertise as a seasoned entrepreneur.
