Ethan Willis co authored the #1 New York Times bestselling book “The One Minute Entrepreneur” with his friend and mentor Ken Blanchard. He is passionate about entrepreneurship and has founded and/or cofounded 6 businesses in the past 12 years and has employed over 5,000 people during that span. Mr. Willis has been recognized as Entrepreneur of the Year by Earnest and Young, Top 100 Entrepreneurs by Vspring, and his companies have been awarded one of the best places to work in Utah. Mr. Willis’ work in the field of Entrepreneurship has been published in Business Week, USA Today, Fox News and various other publications. He loves to see entrepreneurs succeed.

Mr. Willis is co founder and Chief Executive Officer of Prosper Inc. the global leader in one-on-one business coaching. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University and Alumni of Harvard Business School. He is married to his wife Ashley and they have 5 wonderful and active children they thoroughly enjoy.
